Amy joined Gurstel in 2010 as Operation Counsel and is located in Gurstel’s Minnesota office.  With 16 years of legal experience, Amy is a passionate and dedicated attorney who focuses on process efficiencies in the litigation lifecycle, client audits, and any remediations that may be needed. The hallmark of Amy’s role is attention to detail, which has been instrumental in Gurstel delivering successful results for clients.

Amy is a 2004 graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law and is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota. She is also the President of the Minnesota Creditors Rights Bar Association.
