With almost twenty years of experience, Creig concentrates his practice on Minnesota real estate law and banking. Specifically, Creig skillfully works with landowners who want to acquire, lease, sell, or finance real property. He helps financial institutions with due diligence; reviewing, analyzing, and curing collateral and title related issues; as well as drafting, negotiating, and interpreting loan documentation. And should transactions go awry, Creig has deftly assisted lenders with resolving troubled loans.

Creig is certified as a real property specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has been included on the list of Minnesota Super Lawyers since 2017, on the Rising Stars list by Minnesota Super Lawyers in 2014, and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America© for his work in the practice area of Real Estate Law. He serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching the art of negotiation at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in its Legal Practicum course.
