Mr. Gurstel is the founding partner of Gurstel Law Firm, P.C., a full service business law firm with offices in Arizona, California, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.  The firm is highly regarded for its creditor’s rights practice, the area in which Todd directs and is passionate about.

Since 1987, Todd has focused his practice in credit collection, is a recognized leader within the creditors’ rights industry, and is known for regularly setting and sharing best practice standards. Todd frequently speaks on compliance issues related to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and is a known trade advocate.
